Focus on the field of Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), we have been dedicated to delivering more competitive products and services. Our products and services include finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics,multi-physics coupling, and other analyses. We apply computer-aided analysis to our client’s products and services, providing accurate and reliable solutions.

Expertise

The entrepreneurial team had been involved in the CAE field for more than 20 years before the establishment of SIMWARE. We introduced CAE technology, such as metal stamping analysis and electronic product drop analysis, to Taiwan, creating a new milestone in computer-aided engineering analysis in the country.

Our core technology involves utilizing computer software and high-performance hardware for engineering design and conducting simulation analyses. We aim to address real-world problems such as vehicle collisions, metal stamping, explosions, fluid dynamics analysis, vibrations and noise (NVH), seismic structures, wind engineering, and more. SIMWARE has extensive experience in these areas.

Heritage

With the SIMWARE founding team’s over 20 years of experience in the field of Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), we deeply understand the challenges of nurturing CAE talents and the scarcity of learning resources in Taiwan. Since our establishment in 2014, we have continuously recorded online tutorial videos, developed online learning platforms, engaged in industry-academic collaborations, and offered web-based courses for graduate students. These efforts are aimed at contributing our part in nurturing and passing on CAE talents.

Research

To provide customers with satisfactory and competitive products, SIMWARE spares no effort in researching, optimizing, and promoting the LS-DYNA Linux SMP/MPP operating platform. At the present stage, we have established a 256-core LS-DYNA MPP parallel processing system within our company. We have also developed the LS-DYNA JobSubmitter user environment, allowing customers to enjoy the stability and speed of the Linux environment while having a user-friendly interface similar to Windows.

Livermore Software Technology Corporation (LSTC), founded by Dr. John O. Hallquist in 1987 and headquartered in California, USA, specializes in developing LS-DYNA and a series of related engineering products.

Before Dr. Hallquist established LSTC, he developed a set of DYNA 3D Open Source Codes for everyone to download and use during his service at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the United States; after leaving the laboratory, he established LSTC, rewritten the program as a new system, called LS-DYNA.

LSTC focuses on excellent technology development, resulting in the continuous expansion of LS-DYNA users around the world, and has a wide range of applications in automotive design, aerospace, manufacturing, and bioengineering; In addition, unlike other analysis software, billing is based on modules, the development of LS-DYNA is based on the “One-Code” strategy, so that explicit solution, implicit solution, frequency domain analysis, ICFD, CESE, electromagnetic analysis, and heat conduction analysis can be owned at one time, and at the same time, it also optimized for Unix, Linux, and Windows platforms!

Engineering Technology Associates (ETA) is located in the industrial city of Detroit, USA, providing engineering and development services from concept to product stage, including product design, complete product development solutions, and on-site engineering technical support; at the same time, providing computer assistance to the global automotive industry Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), finite element analysis (FEA), engineering staffing and IT services.

In the professional field, we also provide consulting services in NVH, metal forming, crash resistance, occupant safety, and product design. Its excellent and advanced CAE experience provides an excellent foundation for ETA’s development of “Accelerating the Process from Concept to Product” (ACP) ™, and provides a benchmark for the industry to develop design and optimize product design/development.

SIMWARE’s entrepreneurial team has cooperated with ETA for more than 14 years in sales, introduced Taiwan’s metal stamping and electronic product drop analysis CAE and other technical experience, and created a new milestone of analysis in Taiwan.
